Straight answers
What to do right now
Switch off at the main. Keep away from wet areas and damaged wires. Unplug what you can safely reach. Do not keep resetting a tripped breaker.
If there is fire or a serious shock
Call 112 first. Do not touch the person until the supply is off, and do not use water on an electrical fire.
When it is not our job
If the fault is on the supply side, up to the meter, it belongs to the electricity board (JBVNL). We will tell you plainly, so you do not pay for a repair that will not help.

How fast can you come?
We visit the same day across our service area, and for emergencies like sparking or a total power cut we aim to be there within a few hours. We will give you an honest arrival time when you call.
What if it happens after 9 PM?
Our hours are 8 AM to 9 PM every day. Outside those hours, switch off at the main, keep the area safe, and call us in the morning. For a supply-side fault, contact the electricity board.
Will you tell me the price before starting?
Yes. Even in an emergency we diagnose and quote before we repair, so there is no surprise afterwards.
