Why we exist
Most electrical complaints we hear aren’t about the repair itself. They’re about waiting days for someone to turn up, or finding out the price after the work is done. We built Brothers Electrical Hub around fixing both.
Every visit starts the same way. We find the fault, explain it in plain language, and quote before opening anything up. If you say no, you pay for the visit and nothing more.
Many of our customers live a few streets away. One of them wrote that it took ten minutes to book and the electrician was at the door. That’s the kind of service we’re aiming for every time.

02 / Standards
What we won't compromise on
- The right cable for the load. Undersized wire is how sockets melt.
- The right rating for each breaker. We match the MCB to the wire, not to the annoyance.
- Earthing wherever it's needed. Fridge, washing machine, AC and geyser points are earthed on every job.
- A tidy finish. Joints insulated, chases patched, every point tested before we leave.
- Plain answers. If a fault is on the supply side and belongs to the electricity board, we'll say so instead of selling you a repair.
