Straight answers
Hang fans from the slab
In a false ceiling, the fan must hang from the concrete slab above, not from the false ceiling itself. We fit a proper hook or clamp for it.
Pick the right light colour
Warm white suits bedrooms and living rooms. Cool white suits kitchens and workspaces. We can help you choose per room.
Check dimmer compatibility
Not every LED works with every dimmer. We match the driver and dimmer so lights do not flicker or buzz.

Why is my new fan wobbling?
Usually it is a loose blade screw, a bent blade, or a weak hook. We check the fixing and balance the blades.
Can you fit a fan where there is no hook?
Yes. On a concrete ceiling we can fix a proper hook or clamp. We will not hang a fan from anything that cannot carry its weight and vibration.
Can you install smart switches?
Yes. Some smart switches need a neutral wire at the switch box, so we check your wiring first.
